In China she is known as the Goddess of Compassion and Mercy. For Buddhists, Kwan Yin is the feminine representation of Avalokiteshvara, Buddha of Compassion.
“Karuna” is a Sanskrit word that means “Compassion”.
It is a Healing System, in which, as in Reiki, the therapist places his hands on certain parts of the patient's body.
The treatment is energetic but works at deeper levels than Reiki.
While Reiki balances us physically, emotionally and spiritually, Karuna works with unconscious traumatic memories that we carry with us, whether from this life or from previous lives.
Karuna frees us from the knots of pain that we all bring and that damage us so much!
